Loss of Insulation: If your insulated bottle no longer keeps liquids hot or cold as intended.
Manufacturing Defects: Faults in materials or workmanship that are present from the time of purchase.

Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, dents, scuffs, and fading paint from regular use.
Improper Use or Accidents: Damage from drops, misuse, improper cleaning, alterations, or running it through a dishwasher if not dishwasher-safe.
Lost or Stolen Products: The warranty does not cover products that are lost or stolen.
Lost Parts: Missing or lost lids, seals, or other accessories.
Unauthorized Purchases: Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers (e.g., eBay, unauthorized Amazon sellers).

Procedure
